Rodeo is a family sport and the Quesnel Rodeo Club works hard to keep this community event affordable for the whole family. 
   
  Regency Chrysler’s Road to the Rodeo
For the first time, the Quesnel Rodeo Club in partnership with Regency Chrysler is offering exciting rodeo tour packages from Prince George and Williams Lake to attend the British Columbia Rodeo Association Finals Rodeo at Alex Fraser Park, Quesnel, B.C.

Two Day Rodeo Package
Departing Saturday
September 17th at 12:00 Noon
Package includes:
bus transportation, rodeo tickets for two exciting rodeo performances, a ticket for the Quesnel Rodeo Club's Barn Dance where you can party and catch up with old friends and hotel accommodation at the Tower Inn, Best Western Hotel.
Single Hotel Occupancy
$209.00 + taxes.
Double Hotel Occupancy
$159.00+ taxes.

Two Day, One Night Rodeo Package (Departing Saturday): This package includes bus transportation from Prince Geoge’s Pine Center Mall, or Williams Lake’s A & W Restaurant to Quesnel and return, hotel accommodation at the Tower Inn - Best Western Hotel, Quesnel, B.C. for one night, rodeo admission tickets for two rodeo performances, and one admission ticket for the Quesnel Rodeo Barn Dance. 

Rodeo Tour Details
* Saturday, September 17th at 12:00 Noon, Gold Pan City Stagelines bus departs Pine Center Mall, Prince George (parking lot at North entrance to Sears) and travels directly to Quesnel’s Tower Inn - Best Western Hotel where you will check into your hotel room.
* Saturday, September 17th at 12;00 Noon, Gold Pan City Stagelines bus departs Williams Lake's A & W Restaurant and travels directly to Quesnel’s Tower Inn - Best Western Hotel where you will check into your hotel room.
* At 4:30 PM you will be picked up at the hotel and transported to the Quesnel Rodeo Grounds.   Rodeo start time is 6:00 PM.

Following the completion of the rodeo (estimated sometime around 9:30 PM) you will have the option to board the Regency Chrysler’s Shuttle Bus and return to the Tower Inn – Best Western Hotel, or to remain at the rodeo grounds and attend the Quesnel Rodeo Club’s Barn Dance.  Please note that this package does not include return transport to your hotel following the Barn Dance.

Sunday, September 18th prior to 11:30 AM, you will check out of your hotel room, with the option of having the hotel store your luggage until you depart Quesnel.

At 11:30 AM, you depart the hotel via the Regency Chrysler’s Courtesy Shuttle and head to the rodeo grounds for Sunday’s rodeo performance.  Rodeo start time is 1:00pm.
* Following the rodeo performance, sometime around 4:00 PM, you will board a Gold Pan City Stagelines bus and be transported to the Pine Center Mall, Prince George or, the A & W Restaurant, Williams Lake, with a stop at The Tower Inn – Best Western Hotel, to claim your luggage.


Rodeo Tickets

Rodeo is a family sport and the Quesnel Rodeo Club works hard to keep this community event affordable for the whole family.

On August 29th, 2011 advance rodeo admission tickets will be available, by “in person” purchases only, at Circe “S” Western Wear, 347 Reid Street, Quesnel, B.C.  Tel  250-992-2811.  Tickets can also be purchased on the day of each rodeo performance at the rodeo arena.

Adult (13yrs to 59 yrs): Arena Gate Purchase $12.00 / Advance purchase $10.00.
Youth (7 yrs to 12 yrs): Arena Gate Purchase $9.00 / Advance purchase $7.00.
Seniors (60 + yrs): Arena Gate Purchase $9.00 / Advance purchase $7.00.
Child (6 yrs and under): No admission charged.

Rodeo Barn Dance - Saturday September 17th

If it’s the Texas two-step or catching up with old friends, meeting new friends, or simply sitting back and enjoying the friendly Western atmosphere, the Quesnel Rodeo Barn Dance is the place to be on Saturday September 17th.  The hugely popular Country Rock band, Mosquito Creek, www.mosquitocreekmusic.com. will be keeping us Texas Two step’n and hanging onto our favorite partner during a slow and “it’s nice to know you” waltz all night long.
 
A single admittance ticket is priced at $20.00.  Tickets for this great event will be available at 9:00AM, August 29th at Circle “S” Western Wear, 347 Reid Street, Quesnel, B.C.  Telephone (250) 992-2811.
 
 Barn Dance tickets are “Advance Sale” only and are only available at Circle “S’ Western Wear, Downtown Quesnel.
 
Doors open at 9:00PM.  Admission is restricted to persons 19 years of age and older.
